It's super well-located, making it easy to explore the city. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet, which had a nice variety. Plus, the gym facilities were great, and I really appreciated the cleanliness of my room!

Customer service could use some improvement. I faced delays in getting simple requests attended to, and the check-in experience was a bit iffy. my view from the room was just a wall, which was really disappointing. I had a solid stay, but there's room for improvement!
